Image building and increasing the visibility of the innovation location
InnoQuarter Itzehoe was to be given a website to increase the visibility of the innovation location and provide an overview of the services, values and resident companies. The design should emphasize the role of the InnoQuarter as a supra-regional and international flagship for the city of Itzehoe and the district of Steinburg and convey the idea of research and innovation.
Design and development of a website with an innovative character
The InnoQuarter web design was implemented in accordance with the corporate design specifications. The technical implementation was carried out with Nuxt. By using the Strapi content management system, all content (including multilingual content) can be edited by the customer. This is particularly important for a growing location that brings together new companies and, consequently, industries.

Interactive map for an informative overview of the location
On the homepage of the website, visitors can click on the map to obtain more detailed information. JavaScript was used to create the interactive location map, which allows visitors to switch between different views. In addition to an aerial view of the InnoQuarter, this includes a company view with corresponding markers and a list view for buildings with several companies. The infrastructure view shows all connections to the InnoQuarter, such as highways, train stations or bus stops. In addition, new buildings at the site are presented in a separate view to give visitors an insight into current developments.
Presentation of the site development in a timeline
The timeline shows all the stages from the establishment of the first company to the present day and can be expanded with new milestones. The design makes it possible to add an image for each year and is developed in such a way that the timeline is optimally displayed on both mobile and desktop devices.
