If you need help with one of our products or have discovered a bug, please submit a support ticket. We use Zendesk to organize the tickets and to ensure that everything can be handled effectively and according to our SLA assurances. We deliberately provide this separate channel for support requests and bug reports so that we can respond faster and in a more targeted manner.

In urgent cases, you are welcome to call us. However, please understand that someone with specialist knowledge may not always be available for you immediately. We also only accept bug reports in writing via our ticketing system.
