Relaunch: Modernized Web Design & Optimized Booking Process
Bassliner organizes shuttle services from various German cities to music festivals. We had previously developed the existing website for the client. Now, the design needed to be updated and the booking process simplified for users. To achieve this, we collaborated with an external designer.
Revamped website with an optimized booking system
We redesigned the website based on the draft provided by the external designer. The new booking system offers an improved user experience, an expanded customer portal, and more service options for users.
Customer Area
In the Customer Area, users can view their booking summary, including payment status, and access their tickets directly. They can also manage their account and gift cards here.
Ticket Management
All tickets in a booking can be viewed and edited individually. Users can change details, add add-ons later, or cancel bookings. Tickets can be downloaded starting a specified number of days before departure.
