Use Case
Conducting user research
Surveys
Surveys can be used to collect quantitative data about a target group or user experience. This method of user research makes it possible to collect data from a broad mass. This can range from demographic and psychographic characteristics to behavior and feedback.
(Context) interviews
Interviews allow us to gain direct insights from users and better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. By asking specific questions during the interview, we can collect qualitative data in the form of information about their needs, preferences and problems. Depending on the project, we consider which type of interview is appropriate - structured, unstructured or contextual.
Observations
This method allows us to capture the actual behavior of users in their natural environment. By observing interactions with a web application or app, we can gain insights into problems or opportunities for improvement that users might not explicitly mention in interviews or surveys.
