Use Case

Construction of a design system

As soon as more than one website or application is operated, it is advisable to create a collection of overarching design elements and components to ensure a uniform look.

Basic design principles and guidelines

Guidelines for a consistent design across all platforms are an essential part of a design system. In this context, we create a style guide that includes logos, color palettes, typography and other visual elements. This style guide serves as a reference that both our designers and developers always refer to in order to ensure that the design is implemented consistently across all platforms.

Modular component library

For a consistent UI design, a library of modular design components such as buttons, forms, cards, modals, etc. is necessary. We make sure that components are designed as uniformly as possible for all platforms and can be reused in different contexts.

Interaction patterns and behavior

Interaction patterns and user interface behaviors, such as navigation, search functions, selection options and feedback mechanisms, should be as consistent as possible on each platform. This ensures that the user experience is consistent across all platforms.

Documentation and updating

For effective documentation and updating of a design system, we create a library in Figma. This contains all the important elements, including the style guide, color and text styles and a variety of components. By synchronizing the library, changes made in it are automatically updated in all associated design files. This ensures that all design assets are always up to date and that a consistent design is guaranteed across all projects.
