The traditional company Küberit has been manufacturing high-quality profile solutions for interior fittings since 1863. We have been managing and operating the complex corporate website for this industry leader for many years. As preparatory work for a comprehensive relaunch of the web services, a PIM system was to be implemented as a central cloud-based platform for all product data. The PIM system was to make it possible to supply various web offerings and the print catalogs with data centrally.

The implementation of a Product Information Management (PIM) system including Data Asset Management (DAM) based on Pimcore was an important step for Küberit to improve the management and organization of product information and to increase the efficiency of the company.
The implementation of the PIM system began with a thorough analysis of the existing processes and systems. The goal was to ensure a seamless integration of the PIM system with the existing systems and to improve data quality.

The implementation of the PIM system involved transferring all existing product information into the new system and carrying out data cleansing and consolidation processes.
