New coat of paint for the real estate professionals
In 2019, we gave the real estate management company "Immobilien Lorenzen" from Neumünster a new look. We developed a new corporate design and responsive web design for the family business. Together with the client, we redesigned the content of the website and reprogrammed it on the basis of Laravel. One challenge was the development of an interface to the real estate software used, with the help of which the real estate offers can be centrally managed and automatically displayed on the website in addition to the usual real estate portals.

For more than 50 years, the core business of the family-run company from Neumünster has been the sale and letting of existing properties in the private and commercial sectors as well as building plots, office, retail and industrial space. The certified estate agency also offers in-depth expertise in the marketing of new-build projects, investment properties and investment properties such as apartment buildings. Immobilien Lorenzen is also active throughout northern Germany in the area of rental and condominium management.
