Die Ziegerei
The Ziegerei was founded in 2005 and is an organic dairy goat farm with its own farm cheese dairy. Since 2017, Hiob Schmitt and Sophia Traut have been passionately developing the farm with a focus on the future in the spirit of organic farming. The farm is located in the heart of Lower Saxony between Bremen and Hanover in Hohenmoor, a district of Asendorf.
